Fruit Attraction 2022 confirms the participation of more than 1,700 exhibitors one month before its launch

A month before the show, the Fruit Attraction organizing committee confirmed that more than 1,700 exhibiting companies from 52 countries have already confirmed their participation in one of the largest B2B events in the world.

This figure will increase in the coming weeks as the deadline for applications to participate in the largest international event in the fruit and vegetable sector remains open. The event will have more than 55,000 square meters dedicated to the supply of fruit and vegetables in pavilions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of IFEMA MADRID, 38% more than during of the last edition, reaching the pre-pandemic parameters of 2019. At present, the presence of new companies in this edition represents 19% of the total. More than 80,000 professionals from 130 countries are expected to participate in the event.

Practically all the Autonomous Communities that produce fruit and vegetables in Spain will participate and exhibit their products at the event. This confirms the sector’s confidence in Fruit Attraction, whose success lies mainly in the great interest of the Spanish fruit and vegetable market for international marketing, precisely in a key month for campaign planning.

Companies from 52 countries will also participate in the event, confirming Fruit Attraction as a key trade event for the global fruit and vegetable production, marketing and distribution sectors. In addition to the strong European participation, Serbia and Albania, Colombia, the United States, Korea, Peru, Chile, South Africa and India will take part in the event. There is also an increase in African participation, particularly from Kenya, Guinea and Côte d’Ivoire.
